What you Really Need to Know About Picking the Best Mp3 Music Download Site
Category: Free Music Tunes | Dec 26, 2009 |
Now that you’ve purchased that hot new mp3 player, have you thought about what type of mp3 music download site you will use to get your music from? Your options boil down to basically two (2) choices. Legal music download sites or mp3 file sharing programs that facilitate unlimited downloads of music files. But which one is the best option for you? To help you answer that question, this article will explore the pros and cons of getting your favorite music from legal mp3 music sites versus p2p file sharing programs.
Music Downloads From Legal MP3 Music Download Sites
Legal mp3 music download sites are an excellent way for you to get the music you want. These online music stores offer CD quality music files that are free of any adware, spyware or viruses. The music has been legally licensed from the record labels that own the copyrights to the songs and albums, so you don’t have to worry about any copyright infringement issues when you download the music. Popular digital music services like Rhapsody and Yahoo! Music Unlimited provide members with monthly membership subscriptions that give you a choice between downloading music to your PC or to your mp3 player. Also, some legal mp3 music download sites such as iTunes Store and Wal-Mart Music Downloads now offer music tracks that are free of any digital rights restrictions.
But as cool as it is to get very high quality, spyware free, DRM free songs or albums that you can play on your PC or your mp3 player, legal music download sites do have a few drawbacks. The biggest drawback is DRM (digital rights management or digital rights restrictions). DRM can limit what you can do with your mp3 music downloads and basically makes you a renter of the music even though you’ve bought it. But as I mentioned previously, online music stores and major recording labels are banding together to bring you music that’s free of digital rights restrictions. Outside of DRM, the biggest drawback is the cost if you pay for your music on a per download basis. However, music download sites like Rhapsody and Yahoo! Music Unlimited offer discounts on purchased music tracks to their membership subscribers. Wal-Mart Music Downloads is also very competitive price wise when compared to iTunes.
MP3 Music Downloads From P2P File Sharing Programs
Thanks to today’s technology, p2p file sharing programs all you to download, upload and share mp3 music files online. Also known as p2p (peer–to-peer), these freeware programs enable you to download music from the shared file folders of other users within the p2p network for free. Getting lighting fast, unlimited downloads of mp3 music can provide you with a naughty thrill (you can get all the music you want for free). But as thrilling as that might be, getting your favorite tunes this way can be a risky proposition.
As you read in the previous paragraph, many p2p file sharing programs are available as freeware downloads. As freeware or shareware, they often come bundled with hidden spyware or adware programs. Additional spyware risks come from the shared files of other users in the p2p network. But with the help of a good spyware remover tool, you can pretty much eliminate this spyware threat. The biggest risk in downloading mp3 music from file sharing programs comes from the exposure to getting sued for copyright infringement. The RIAA aggressively pursues lawsuits against people who use file sharing to download copyrighted music from RIAA members. The recent TorrentSpy ruling doesn’t make things any easier for you to stay under the RIAA’s radar. However, it is possible for you to anonymously download mp3 music from file sharing programs using IP cloaking software or anonymous surfing service.
By now it should be clear that both legal mp3 music download sites and p2p file sharing programs present online music lovers with opportunities and challenges. Which one is right for you? With legal music sites, you have to ask yourself if DRM and the costs are that big of a deal for you to get legitimate, near CD quality music. With p2p file sharing programs, you have to ask yourself if getting unlimited free music is worth the spyware and legal risks. Ultimately the choice of which mp3 music download site boils down to you and the option you feel most comfortable with.

Iran has been invaded, partitioned, and colonized by the West for over 150 years.
The Brits, the French, the Russians, and the US have all meddled in Iranian affairs, mostly to get at the oil. In 1953 the US and Britain overthrew a DEMOCRATICALLY ELECTED GOVERNMENT and re-installed a tyrant king, the Shah, who promised to keep the cheap oil flowing.
To help the Shah keep the people down the CIA gave him his own goon squad, the israeli trained SAVAK, who arrested, tortured, and murdered uncounted Iranians. And people can't understand the Iranian Revolution?
In more recent years, zionist neo-conmen such as Wolfowitz, Perl, Feith, Kristol, Libbey, Frum, and others have used their disproportionate influence in Washington to convince our National Knuckleheads that Iraq and Iran have to be destroyed to "fight terrorism". Scuzzy oil baron neo-conmen such as Cheney and Dubba-yew see all that oil and the zionists see "greater israel".
Iran is doing nothing illegal with its nuclear program. On the other hand, israel built over three hundred nukes, with US "aid" money and continues to lie about it. Who's the bigger threat to the region?
The Western media, which is owned and operated disproportionately by zionists, uses its influence to pound the anti-Iranian propaganda drum at every turn. Why not? They have everything to gain and nothing to lose. It's not their kids who have to go over there to be maimed and killed, right?
Onward Christian Soldiers…
I found a lot of index of games at Galbadia Hotel website and I really liked it. I found some old game tunes i used to like when I was a kid. ^^
frostwire.com is better than limewire.com
They're made by the same company.

Thank you for sharing your point of view. In many area's you are correct. I have Iranian friends and they are well educated, modern, and very good people.
Unfortunately, your government has made statements that are provacative, at best. When your president, Ahmadinejad, says "Israel should be wiped off the map", it does nothing to promote Iran in a positive manner. The fact that he didn't say Iran would do it is not important, many believe he would if he could. Why would a head of state even say this?
You ought to educate yourself on Palestine and Palestinians. It was the Jews who were the original Palestinians. BTW, how many Jews have acted as suicide bombers, killing innocent women and children?
What government has threatened Iran with nuclear bombs? None. Nada. Zip. And you are incorrect, most countries do NOT have nukes. Very few do. They are: Russia, U.S., France, Pakistan, India, U.K., and possibly N. Korea, and Israel.
You fail to understand America and the media. I agree with you, the media (here and everywhere) is often wrong. The media does not speak for the government. We have freedom of speech, they can say what they want. As you said, that doesn't make it true. Also, a news organization stating it is possible and country's president stating it ought to be done are two different things, don't you think?.
Even America's opposition is against the persuit of nuclear arms by Iran. The International community offered to provide Iran free processed uranium for use in the Russian built nuclear reactors. Why would you turn that down? Why would you even have to think about enriching uranium to the point of it's possible nuclear arms use?
You talk about Hiroshima, Nagasaki. You are correct, many many people died. You are also incorrect, we do see them as human beings and are sorry and horrified it happened. The question at the time was, "How many will die if we have to invade Japan?" The answer was far too many on both sides and, it will quickly end the war. Also, in war, if it comes down to you or me dieing, which do you choose?
How many were killed when the U.S. pulled out of Vietnam? Estimates range from two to three million people were killed after the U.S. left. Was this good?
American's are quite knowledable about the numbers of Kurds gassed in Iraq, the numbers of Shiites killed by Saddam, and the war between Iran and Iraq. How about Saddam's invasion of Kuait, is this really the conversation you wish to have. Saddam had, for all intents and purposes, enslaved the Shiites. The Sunni minority ruled the Shiite majority. It may not be this way in Iran, but in Iraq, it was different. Why were you at war with each other?
Many Americans still think back to the hostages taken for 444 days by Iran. That wasn't the act of a modern, enlightened government. Only time and deeds will change that. Anti-American and anti-Iranian rhetoric will not move us forward.
I do hope people read through your lengthy note and look at some of the links. Sharing this may help everyone. Iran has a great people and a rich culture and history. Thank you for sharing it with us.
sounds risky the way you're doing it.

You have made some excellent points. Many people only know what they are fed via television, swallowing the mush they are fed. I am a proud 7th generation Australian but it frustrates me the way so many Australians have no idea about other countries, they look up to whoever is in power to keep us all "informed" about who the good guys are and who the bad guys are.
Iran is one of the most liberal of the Eastern countries. Turkey is also quite liberal, although not much is heard about Turkey… perhaps Turkey is next on the list?
My opinion? It's all about the oil.
The links still suck and you still fail to document any source for the facts you show. I want to say that it is very informative and people should read the whole thing. Keep posting the question. I think people should have the facts. The company that has the cure for AIDS should be mentioned. Show plans for the power plants give the specifics to support the essay. It is more like a manifesto at this point.
